珠海市は2024年1月時点で香港とマカオの86の企業と1320人の個人に横琴における建築業の専門資格を認可している。これは、中国本土の法律に「変通」（融通）を加えて「小切口」（隙間）を穿ち、マカオ・香港の法律を接続する「立法直通車」を仕立てるという作業の一つであった。
