Influences of Internships on Postgraduate Career Choices: Based on the interviews
from fourth-year students in tourism-related departments

In this research, from the perspective of tourism human resources, we focused on internships, which are suggested to fill the gap between the industry and students aiming for tourism, based on the results of interviews with fourth-year university students who participated in domestic internships, considering how the internship influenced their career choices.
