大環状ポリアミンおよびpoly methylenediaminesの生物反応に対する構造活性相関を検討した。生物反応としてはポリフェニルアラニン合成、グロビン合成、ラット肝臓isoleucyl-tRNA合成、ウシ膵臓のRNase Aによるpoly(C)の分解、ラット肝臓ミクロソームのNADPH依存脂質過酸化、オリゴマイシン感受性ATPaseによるATPの加水分解、及び大腸菌のポリアミン要求変異体の成長に対する影響を網羅的に検討し、纏めた。
