生着系の移植モデルや免疫抑制剤を低用量もしくは投与中止しても拒絶を免れた肝移植後の患者で、抗核抗体である抗ヒストンH1抗体及び抗HMGB1抗体が誘導されることを確認した。本知見は、判断の難しい免疫抑制剤の退薬時期の診断薬に繋がることを示唆した。
