抗SSV抗体は、ヒストンH1様のペプチド(SS Vペプチド)に結合するモノクローナル抗体 (anti-SSV mab)である。今回、敗血症動物モデルで、 その効果を確認し、炎症性サイトカインを 抑えていることも確認できたので報告した。
