It is important for adolescent football players to establish the desirable dietary habits improving their physical performance and their growth. However, the effective instructional method to achieve goal was not reported. In this study, we developed the nutritional education program for elite adolescent football players, and evaluate the effect of this program on adherence to desirable dietary behavior.
