SENNTIX-type amorphous alloys with high Bs and improved corrosion resistance

The magnetic, mechanical and corrosion properties of Fe-B-Si-P-Nb-Cr were studied.
The alloys show high Bs up to 1.53 T, low Hc of 2.8-3.9 A/m and high μe above 10000.
The corrosion resistance was significantly improved with 1% of Cr and Nb addition.
