妊婦1442名を対象とし、Postpartum Bonding Questionnaire (PBQ) 原版25項目日本語版の因子構造、信頼性、妥当性を検討した. 産後1か月に回答が得られた392名 （27%） のうち欠損データのない364人を無作為に2群に分け、1群 （n=172） で探索的因子分析（最尤法、プロマックス回転）を、2群 （n=192） で確認的因子分析を行った. 「怒りと拘束感」「愛情の欠如」「拒否と恐れ」の3因子モデルが示唆された
