イオン化する薬物をイオン液体化することで皮膚透過性が促進されることが知られているが、イオン液体の皮膚透過性は、イオン液体からの透過性とイオン液体に溶けている薬物の2通りの透過性がある。そこで、本研究では、イオン液体の皮膚透過性を物理化学的に計算することが可能であるか評価した。
