Rutile–brookite nanoflower was prepared by chemical dealloying method. The rutile–brookite nanoflower exhibited large specific surface area. The rutile–brookite nanoflower exhibited red shift in the absorbance spectra. The rutile–brookite nanoflower exhibited good photocatalytic activity.
