Factors that Make it Difficult for the Older Adults to Keep Their Jobs

​​​​In this study, the Kihon checklist (KCL) domains related to employability were elucidated.  A total of 3,701 participants were working at the time of the survey. Among KCL domains, negative effects were found for the IADL, physical, socialization, and mood domains. For the elderly to continue working, lifestyle-related activities need to be maintained and overall functions improved.
