Togane City Guidebook for International Parents　

This book outlines a variety of resources available to international parents who are having a child in Togane City, or near the Togane City area. Resources outlined in the guidebook range from consultation option and planning during pregnancy to assistance with child services and support for children from birth to grade school. The materials in the guidebook are written with a focus on readers who may not be fluent in Japanese, but not necessarily fluent in English either.
