Relationship between the sagittal spinal spinal Alignment and the center of pressure deflection in the tandem stance in community-dwelling elderly people

本研究の目的は高齢者における脊柱アライメントと足部位置を変化させた際の足圧中心動揺との関係を明らかにすることである。対象は高齢者30名。タンデム立位における足圧中心の単位面積軌跡長、動揺量と脊柱全体の傾き角度との間で有意な回帰式が得られた。タンデム肢位では股関節による重心制御機構が低下し、その結果、姿勢の加齢変化としての脊柱後傾角と足圧動揺特性との間に関連性を認めたことが考えられる。
