難吸収性薬物である虚血性心疾患治療薬ユビデカレノンの胃腸管吸収を増大させる試みとして、脂肪乳剤(lipid microsphere)を使用した。市販の錠剤、水性懸濁剤と比較して脂肪乳剤の経口投与はイヌにおいて本剤の吸収を著しく促進した。
