ナブメトンの活性代謝物6-MNA の代謝酵素としてCYP2C9の関与があるが、その遺伝子変異の影響は知られていない。今回、野生型と変異型のホモとヘテロについて代謝活性を検討した。その結果、変異型ホモCYP2C9*3を持つ被験者は代謝活性が著しく低下することが示唆された。
