抗ヒストンH1モノクローナル抗体(16G9)が免疫抑制活性を有することが報告されている。本研究では16G9の免疫抑制活性の作用メカニズムを明らかにするために、16G9がT細胞のどこを認識するか調べた。制御性Ｔ細胞に関する知見を得た。
