本稿は、外国人ホテルスタッフ育成のための教材をどのように作成したのか、そのプロセスと教育内容の一部を具体例で示すことを目的とする。現役スタッフから抽出したフロントスタッフの会話文とコラム（読解教材）をどのように教材化したのか、事例で示しながら述べた。特にコラムを作成するために日本語読解学習支援システム リーディングチュウ太を紹介しながら具体的に述べた。
