筆者らは、台湾のホテルで日本語対応をするホテルスタッフに聞き取り調査を行い、日本語対応スタッフの資質、ホテル内の人材教育、そして日本人をはじめ諸外国の特徴を捉え、そこから見える今後の人材育成の課題を探ることを本研究の目的とする。リサーチクエッションに沿ってインタビュー内容をテキストマイニングで分析し、共起ネットワークで示した。
