国際会議は開催地域に経済効果をもたらし、参加者は一般観光客より長期滞在する。JNTOが誘致を推進し、本研究では2427件のデータを分析。カイ二乗検定の結果、参加者数は開催地・会場と関連し、会場選びが成功の鍵となることが明らかになった。
