下肢に整形外科的疾患患者を対象にしてCKC・OKCでの股関節外転筋群の静止性収縮、安静時後の最大筋力を比較検証した .結果に対して多 重 比 較 検 定 を 行 っ た 結 果， CKC-abd 間と OKC-abd，CKC-abd と安静間において有意差を認めた(p < 0.05).今回行った背臥位での CKC-abd は患側下肢の股関節外転筋群の筋力が効率的に増 大させられる可能性が゙示唆された .
