The effect of resistive static contraction of lower trunk muscles on the gait speed with vertebral compression

脊椎圧迫骨折の患者の歩行速度に及ぼす影 響をシングルケーススタディ（ABAB型）にて検証した．基礎水準測定期 (A 期：膝関節伸筋群の筋力トレーニング ) を施行し，操作導入期 (B期：骨盤後方下制の中間域での静止性収縮（SCPD) ) を施行した． その結果，A 期では基準値より歩行速度の悪化が認められB期では，歩行速度の改善が認められた．SCPD 手技では体幹筋の安定性が得られ歩行速度が改善した可能性が示唆された．
