Investigation of absolute intra-rater and inter-rater reliabilities during the muscle hardness estimation

本研究の目的は、筋硬度測定の測定機器と肢位の違いが検者内と検者間の絶対信頼性に及ぼす影響について検討することである．測定方法が異なる3種類の組織硬度計を用い，習熟者群2名と初学者群2名が，筋弛緩位と筋伸張位の2肢位で筋硬度を測定した．習熟者群および初学者群における検者内の加算誤差は一部の測定で観察された．筋硬度測定は，測定肢位と順化時間について再検討する必要性が把握できた．これらの検討では，相対信頼性と絶対信頼性の両者の検討が必要である．
