臨床において組織硬度の異常と疼痛（圧痛）は関連性の深い症状である．組織硬度と圧痛の定量的評価を1つの機器で簡便かつ信頼性の高い評価が可能となるよう新しい評価機器を開発した．本研究の目的は，我々が開発した新型の組織硬度・圧痛の複合測定器の信頼性を明らかにすることである．結果，従来型の測定器と比べ組織硬度と圧痛の測定信頼性は高かった．本機器による評価システムは，今後，リハビリテーション医学をはじめとする自然科学の分野において，客観的なエビデンスを提供し，進歩させるために有用である．
