妊娠女性1442名に対し妊娠中から産後1か月までの、心理的項目に関する縦断調査を行った.全調査ポイントにおいて回答が得られた234名の回答を構造方程式モデルを用いて分析した結果、産後うつと心理的虐待とボンディング障害は併存しやすいが、産後うつは産後1か月の心理的虐待を予測していないことが示された. 心理的虐待を予測していたのはうつではなくボンディング障害であることが示された.
