3～4歳（36～59か月）の幼児を対象児とし、親900人から、対象児と回答者の年齢、性別および、対象児のEASI（全20項目）への回答を得た。確認的因子分析によりEmotionalityとImpulsivityに負荷する観測変数を説明する一般因子をおいた（部分）双因子モデルが最良モデルとされた。得られた最良モデルは、多母集団同時解析により、評定する親の性別、児の性別、児の年齢、反復測定について強い測定不変性が満たされた.
