25組の早産母子に対し、乳幼児精神保健の理論・原則に基づく介入プログラムを実施し、修正12か月時の子どもの発達、母子相互作用、母親の抑うつ、育児ストレス、ソーシャルネットワーク等について、従来型の支援を受けた40組の母子と比較した（共分散分析他）. 母親のうつの予防、母子相互作用の促進等に対する本プログラムの効果が明らかになった. 大橋優紀子 博士学位論文.
