薬物の皮膚透過実験では、薬物の皮膚透過性を正確に評価するため、無限容量系で実験が行われている。一方で、実使用では、有限容量系で使用するため、無限容量系の皮膚透過性と異なることがある。本研究では、有限容量系における皮膚透過性への影響を数学的に評価した。
