As for health promotion in Japan, tendency of decreasing physical activity level and lack of knowledge in nutrition of current young people compared to those of 20th century has become a big problem. It may cause the life style related disease in their middle age. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of physical education class on behavioral change of exercise and nutrition of non-active university students.
