This publication discusses current research regarding the evaluation and use of technology for young learners in kindergarten and elementary schools. The paper then reviews two pieces of software using the discussed criteria, "Kinect Sesame Street TV" for the Microsoft Xbox 360 and the Sega Dinosaur Laptop Computer.
