授業の到達目標及びテーマ
The goal of this class is to be able to comprehend spoken Japanese at a natural speed and communicate naturally in Japanese. From the very beginning, you will be exposed to spoken Japanese at natural speed. In addition to pronunciation and intonation, the understanding of Japanese language structures and their appropriate utilization are emphasized throughout this course. You are required to memorize vocabulary in advance of class time. You will also be required to do extended exercises.
授業の概要
This course is intended to give you the opportunity to make the most of your chance to speak and interact in Japanese while you are here in Japan. Accordingly, your transition from textbook Japanese to more practical ‘survival’ Japanese will be guided by both the Genki course textbook as well as materials we will prepare with regard to the Survival Japanese class periods.
