Objectives of this course are follows;
- To understand Japanese International Business Strategy in Major Companies
- To research and analyzed Japanese company’s global strategy
- To identify competitive advantage and weakness of Japanese Global Companies

In this course, we will be focusing on representative cases of excellent Japanese Businesses by analyzing how to achieve success of business and successfully followed with identifying KFS (Key Factor of Success)

Introducing representative cases of Japanese major Industries, that have achieved nominally and historically consequent growth by keeping position of top class customer’s selection, stable
 sales growth and excellent management system. etc. We shall study what these companies vision , strategies and operations are like. There must tend to be some rules, common evidences and common management systems
