授業の到達目標及びテーマ
This is an introductory course in which basic management concepts will be introduced from a cross-cultural perspective. Students will be expected to increase their understanding of human behavior within a global work environment and to develop their skills of good reading habits in English. Students will be also expected to comprehend the importance of possessing a global way of thinking which may help them to prepare for their future careers in a worldwide business setting.

授業の概要
This course will focus on basic concepts of culture, theories of management and current issues in the field of organizational behavior applying in the context of the international workplace.  The contents of the course will include the concepts of culture, and how cultural differences affect organizations, creating cultural synergy, managing a multicultural workforce, global leadership and multinational decision making.
The lectures will be divided into three parts: Part 1 “the Impact of Culture on Organizations”, Part 2 “Leveraging Cultural Diversity”, and Part 3 “Global Careers: Succeeding in the 21st Century ”.
