By completing this course, the students are able to
(1) Use financial analysis tools to evaluate business (2) Learn concept of valuation (3) Learn expectation to company`s prospects from equity investors and also debt holders points of views (4) Understand dynamic business decisions upon M&A and project finance 授業の概要
The first half of this course, students will learn the framework to develop an in-depth analysis of business and extract its fundamental value. In the second half of course, students will learn and discuss how this framework can be applied to equity analysis, credit analysis, and major business transaction through the cases.
