Understanding with
1. Basic Concept is that it includes all services provided by mainly by the Government for National Minimum and Civil Minimum 2. Although a government arranges and provides service, it is not provided by free of charge. From the business perspective, investment and operation costs are recovered by user fee, charge and payment for the repayment to the loan. 3. An Infrastructure Business has both characteristics of public and private. 授業の概要
In this course, we have case studies for Infrastructure development and Management Business in the Japanese Industry and discussion opportunity.
The objective of this course to have an overview knowledge of systems and characteristics of Infrastructure Business, ranging from Government-direct financed business, Private Finance Initiatives business, Public Private Partnership business and 100% Private business. 授業計画
