授業計画
1回
The advantage of being a mentor is that you can improve your own English language skills and also the way you give explanations to other students. We would like to provide students of all departments at Josai International University with the opportunity to learn and practice English not only from their teachers but also from other students. Mentors are strongly encouraged to help improve the motivation levels of all students who come to the Center by engaging in conversations about the assignment and also about what is being taught in their courses.
事前学習
In principle we gather before the Mentoring Program starts and discuss the types of assignments prospective students are going to come for help. We discuss the rules regarding the program. After that, students go to the Center for Language Center according to the schedule and submit weekly reports or come to my office to report on problems and discuss solutions.
事後学習
Submit the Weekly Mentor Report by e-mail (maria@jiu.ac.jp) or in person (H-309) by Friday.
