This course is tailored to learn starting and managing his or her own business (startup) and understand venture capital.
授業の概要
In the lecture, we will discuss key issues in venture business including (1)analyzing and evaluating business opportunities, (2) structuring business model, (3)raising capital at each developing stages, (4)managing cash flow , and (5) exiting by public offering or M&A. This lecture also convers expecting returns of investors like venture capitalist and corporate venture capital. This course is intended to be interactive and students are required to participate in class discussion.
