According to goal of DP, Tourism studiesⅡ explores characteristics of hospitality industry as the tourism sector. Mainly we are going to study major concept and hospitality industry such as food & beverage service, and, lodging.
授業の概要
This course helps students to deepen their understanding of hospitality management as tourism study. Since I'm going to show some example of hospitality management in Japan, students will understand today's trends of hospitality industry in Japan. English will be used in this lecture. Preparation and Review for lecture will be assumed to spend at least four hours in total.
