Preparations of vitamin D analogs, spirostanols and furostanols, from diosgenin and their cy totoxic activities

Diosgeninを出発原料としてA環水酸基の立体の異なるスピロ環含有Vitamin D誘導体を2種類合成した。2つの化合物はともに中程度の細胞毒性活性を示した。Vitamin Dと同じA環の立体配置を有する化合物はp53経路依存的にアポトーシスを誘導することも明らかにされた。
