Preparation of 1,8-di-O-alkylaloe-emodines and 15-amino, 15-thiocyano, and 15-selenocyanochrysophanol derivatives from aloe-emodine and studying their cytotoxic effects

キダチアロエより単離された aloe-emodinを基に、アルキル化、アミノ化、チオシアノ化、セレノシアノ化等の反応を行い誘導体を得た。ここで得られた化合物の細胞毒性活性を less P-glycoprotein (P-gp)-expressing HCT 116 cellsとstably P-gp-expressing Hep G2 cellsを用いて評価した。この結果、ここで得られた幾つかの化合物はaloe-emodinに比べて著しく強い活性を示した。
