A Short Synthesis of 4-(3-Furyl)-4-oxobutanoic Acid and Synthesis of Egomaketone

従来、4-(3-Furyl)-4-oxobutanoic Acidの簡便な合成法は知られていなかった。そこで3-lithiofuranより１工程での合成法を見出した。また、この化合物を利用して天然物Egomaketoneの合成も行った。さらにEgomaketoneと２重結合の位置の異なる異性体の合成も行った。
