Response to Oil Development/Environmental Issues by Two Different Alaska Natives Societies.

Even though responses to several oil developments by two different Alaska Natives societies, the Gwich'in and the Kaktovikmiut, seems contrastive, all of their claims were aiming for (re-)acquisition of the right to self-determination and to control their own natural/social situation. They are claiming that they have a right to choose their own future.
