We investigated the effects of ingestion of perfluoro fatty acids with different fatty acid chain lengths on fatty oxygenation in the liver of mice. As a result, the composition of some fatty acid groups was changed, and it was clarified that they were due to the induction of stearoyl-CoA desaturase.
