The business world is constantly changing, offering new opportunities as well as increased risks. Business managers need to respond proactively and effectively to these innovative, strategic, and dynamic changes.
This unit explores and evaluates the theoretical and practical perspectives and assessments of innovation management and the managerial issues facing organizations in a global environment. Upon completion of this unit, participants are expected to be able to

1. develop a critical understanding and evaluation of innovation management processes in a global context
2. analyze relevant innovation management data and information
3. understand the communication essential to global management and the meaning of information, and be able to propose mechanisms to promote behavioral change through information dissemination and sharing
4. be able to apply concepts, models, and frameworks related to innovation management to global strategic decision making
授業の概要
As we enter an era of symbiosis with the Covid-19, we will discuss new organizational behavior, tips for building resilient organizations and human resources that can survive in the global era, based on communication theories surrounding information dissemination and sharing and decision making among stakeholders, and pathways to contribute to the SDGs, which are common challenges for global citizens.
Through the implementation of this unit, discussion and critical evaluation of these elements will be encouraged.
