他者への援助要請スキルの養成を目的とし，我々は現在，看護師向けの援助養成訓練教材の開発を進めている．本研究において，薬学部生及び看護学部生を対象とし検討を行ったところ，専門性によらず，学習者の特性によって学習効果に違いが見られる結果が得られた．
